There comes a point DEEP in everyone’s fat loss journey where they have to decide whether or not it’s worthwhile for them to keep pushing for more conditioning.
You have to decide if the sacrifices to continue getting leaner are worth it.
You can't have it all, at some point it’s going to get really difficult and you’re going to have to decide if you:
❌ Are prepared to lose your sex drive?
❌ Are ok with the fact your entire day may revolve entirely around what you can and can't eat?
❌ Are ok with missing out on social occasion or family meals as they'll hinder your progress?
❌ Cool, with being focused almost entirely on your training?
❌ Are ok with feeling progressively worse, being more temperamental and having mood swings the leaner you get?
❌ Are ok with not being able to think about much else than how lean and hungry you are?
These are just a few of the very real considerations to think about when you’re chasing super lean conditioning. I don’t want to discourage or put anyone off but too often people are unaware of how much work and sacrifice their goal may take.
Don't throw away your fat loss goals, but align what you're willing to do with your expectations.

Stop moving the goal posts.
I'm sure we can all recall the person that wants to build muscle one week, burn fat the next and run a marathon the next?
That person might even sound like you?
I see it in the gym just by observing people all the time. Moving the goal posts too frequently like this pretty much guarantees you'll be chasing your tail and never reach your full potential in any goal you set.
Pick a goal, make sure it's SMART (specific, measurable, achievable, realistic and time bound) and stick to it with laser guided focus until it's achieved, then pick another. 🥅

R.O.M.E F.I.T. CHALLENGE 2018
WHEN: 7 weeks February19th - April 9th
PRICE: $40.00 per person accepted cash, check and venmo this Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
WHAT: PARTNER CHALLENGE!!! You can choose your partner, however if you don’t have a partner, I can match you up with someone who has similar goals.
MUST TRAIN AT LEAST 2 TIMES A WEEK WITH ANY TRAINER OF YOUR CHOICE INCLUDING GROUP, CLASSES, AND ONE ON ONE.
WEIGH- IN: Must weigh in on your own personal scale, and send a photo to your assigned coach every Monday morning.
BODY FAT: Body fat percentage and measurements will be taken before the challenge and after.
Strength Percentage Goal: Strength percentage goals will also determine points.
Savage challenges will be posted each week by Wednesday morning, for you and your partner to complete.
Points will be gained by weekly weigh-Ins and ROME FIT CHALLENGES. I WILL EXPLAIN FURTHER LATER.
