Plant-based Caesar Salad 🍃it may not look the prettiest despite my best styling attempts, but this was so delicious. Fresh cos, toms, green olives and toasted sourdough coated liberally in olive oil and crushed garlic. The dressing was a blend of soaked cashews with olive oil, apple cider, onion powder, dulse and karengo, mustard and a few other things. Will deff be posting on the blog at some point as it was quick, satisfying and YUM. The sourdough was for my man - sadly not something I can eat as it aggravates autoimmune symptoms. Finally got to visit the hazelnut farm @hazelbrae_house that makes my fave hazelnut oil...I love its fatty acid profile! Sat on the deck of the cafe with a very good long black & enjoying the view of the 5000 nut trees, gorgeous English cottage garden & a couple of runaway sheep. Also love that their nut butter contains hazelnuts & salt. That's it! #yum #ketolife
