Here go a #tbt for that ahh! Yes that's my belly holding up that shirt... looking at this, yep, I'm doing cardio after work! I got fed up with looking like this. So... I started working out 1 Day a week. I got addicted to the strength I was gaining so I pushed it to two days a week. That's all the time I thought I had. May 2015 I strained my pec. That discouraged me for a bit. I decided I had to break my norm of only benching and worked on everything else. Pushed my workouts to 3 days then 4 then 5. It's on you to get fed up with how you look and feel and make a change, then it's on you to stay consistent.
