Need to learn how to breakfast on the go? Well I have eggs-actly the recipe for you! Easy breezy egg white cups. Quick and simple, these egg cups are my #healthyfood hack to staying on track while balancing a busy schedule.⠀⠀⠀
Egg White Cups (makes 12)⠀⠀⠀
1 cup of chopped peppers and onions ⠀⠀⠀
1 carton of egg whites ⠀⠀⠀
Grease a dozen muffin tin with cooking spray (I usually use olive oil). Chop veggies or whatever filling you desire and place in the bottom of each individual muffin tins. Fill each tin with egg whites until all carton is empty. Bake in a 425 degree F oven for 25 minutes or until the cups are solid. Refrigerate up to a week 😋⠀⠀⠀
Note: To heat up wrap in a damp paper towel and place in the microwave for 30 seconds. ⠀⠀⠀

WHAT IS ORGANIC?
Many people hear the word but not everyone understands what it is so I thought this would help simplify what it means when a food is classified as #Organic
Organic is what food has been for thousands of years before the industrial agricultural corporations took over the majority of the food supply. Buying organic as much as possible not only saves you from ingesting all of the dangerous #Pesticides and #GMOs in conventionally grow foods; but you are also helping save the environment by creating a demand for #OrganicFarming which does not destroy the soil, animal or insect populations the way that non organic/conventional farming does. Any step in the right direction makes a huge difference because every single person matters when it comes to changing the world!

Sim! Inclusive com resultados duradouros , regulação de eixo hipófise - hipotálamo, excreção de grelina etc...porém exige uma maior disciplina, pois um único dia de "lixo" vai jogar fora o resultado de uma semana , podendo somar-se a uma disbiose intestinal oportunista💪 Estratégia III: junte as duas já citadas, se for atleta some a um fator de atividade real e fique de olho nos micro e macro nutrientes, (nada de achismos, acompanhe seu atleta e estabeleça parâmetros comparativos personalizados, afinal , é um atleta, e atletas vivem de resultados, e resultados mudam de um dia pro outro.), se for um esportista , apenas adapte as refeições pré treino para segurar o que ele faz de atividade física diariamente. Sendo alguém sedentário, será que não é a hora de incluir caminhadas e atividades que exigem um recrutamento motor grande , como corridas , tênnis, artes marciais, funcional, e mudar a vida dele?! 👉Viu ?! The new year is bringing me a new job, one that I’m deeply honored to take on. I work for the best food company in America, but Organic Valley is more than that. It’s proof that a small group of committed individuals with the audacity to imagine the impossible can turn an industry on its head. And it’s a model for rural revitalization and cooperative ownership in a country that desperately needs an alternative to the way business is done today. We make amazing food, and do it the right way because we put farmers at the center of our business. There’s really no better job for me than shepherding the mission work of this farmer-owned cooperative.
So I’m gearing up for a big 2018 as I leave my interactive marketing post of the last 7 years. I’m lucky to have a circle of supporters to aid me through this transition. My biggest champion and supporter, my husband Nick, carved this nameplate for me with his own two hands. He couldn’t be prouder of me and I couldn’t be more grateful for him.
The hardest part of all this is leaving my amazing interactive marketing team, which is chock-full of some of the kindest, smartest, most committed individuals I know. They deserve a leader who can keep empowering and allowing them to do the incredible work they do telling stories through social media, video, email, websites, and digital advertising. I had some brussels prepped (I don't prep full meals.. a mix & match of veggies & dips are all I make to then quickly cook up with something else, like eggs) 👩🏼🍳 then I chucked them in a frying pan with asparagus, mushrooms & zucchini, sautéed in some water, all the seasonings & a splash of tamari 👌 VEGGIES DON'T NEED TO BE "BORING". get creative!
once they were done, I added the spinach until wilted 🍃 then finished by frying the eggs.
