2.5 hours and I have all of this week's meals ready to go! 🙌🏻 👩🏻🍳 Here are some items that will be incorporated into my meals this week:
My favorite "cheesy" 🧀 roasted broccoli; roasted sweet potato wedges 🍠🍟; chopped and prepped lacinato kale for easy access to salads 🥗 and stir frys; sliced up organic cucumber 🥒 for quick snacking; pomegranate pearls because I love throwing them on everything; frozen zucchini and avocado 🥑 for the best thiiiick smoothies; oven roasted juicy chicken thighs 🍗(pasture-raised from a local farm); garlicy organic turkey 🦃 meatballs; my perfect paleo chocolate chip cookies 🍪(OTB); my raw cookie dough balls (recipe a few posts back!) because I obviously need cookies AND cookie dough 😜, and finally a few slices of my walnut loaf 🍞 (OTB)! I've also got raw nuts 🥜, bags of organic cauliflower rice 🍚, frozen wild caught salmon filets 🐟 and a few other supplemental items not pictured.
These healthy, organic staples will provide me and my hubby 4-5 days of healthy and easy eating! 🍽.

Sunday meal prep is underway! I don't do the chicken/broccoli/rice in Tupperware thing, but I do like to make my early mornings easier 😊 Pictured here is what goes into the freezer for my morning smoothie: 1 cup frozen berries, 1 banana, a handful of kale, and some fiber rich toppers 🌱🍓🍌
