We used about 1,000 @coppsislandoysters in our Grace & Darkness Oyster Stout this year! (that's a lot of oysters)
Now you’re asking, how do we brew our stout w/ oysters? Well, first we scrub them, then we put them in a cage, lower them into the boil for the last 10-15 minutes in the brew kettle which gives them a chance to open and release their juices into the wort! Now it’s almost ready to enjoy!
Grace & Darkness can release and Oyster roast Sunday 1/21 - link in bio!

Did you know we always keep a kombucha on tap? This is a Raspberry, Lime & Ginger Kombucha, brewed by our friends over at Non-Prophet Brewing Company in Boynton! It only contains 0.5% alcohol, and has several health benefits such as aiding in digestion, boosting the immune system, and detoxifying the body!
