Just saying there’s a difference with having your own opinion on things and hating. What people are doing over this James and rug collab is so dumb. I understand if it’s against you’re religion or something but seriously unsubscribing and sending Brian hate is a little too far, it was a simple nice collab there’s no need to hate
Raptors win! Kind of sloppy tonight on both ends but a win is a win. Jonas has been playing very consistently as of late. Miles stepped up huge tonight off the bench. Raptors get their 30th win of the season. Next up the Spurs on Friday.
...Good Kid, mAAd City...
How difficult can life be living in these dangerous streets? Afraid to walk home, being pulled by both colors, though deep in you, you know you are adjusted to both. The good kid fears his teenage years, because of how this mad city raised him. Tension through the sidewalks. Pressure on every block. What options do you have when you live in such conditions. Kendrick Lamar brings out the tales of his city, Compton. This album is an entire journey, back to fourth. With an opener prayer at the beginning of “Sherane...” and ends it on “Sing About Me...”. Living off government aid, food stamps, welfare, etc., K Dot reall brings it on this album. Production is brilliant. It matches tone of the album and really stands its ground. The delievery from Kendrick is amazing, as well as the incredible storytelling on each song on here. Some may argue that this is K Dot’s best album, but I disagree. This album has many memorable moments. I really enjoyed how the skits went along and their transitions. No doubt in my mind that this is an instant classic. A 10/10 album. A masterpeace. Recommend this to anyone who is willing to try to comprehend this story and the troubles being faced.
