De Wilde Brouwerij. The main objective of the brewery is to work as local and natural as possible, low ecological impact, circular economy, investing in disabled and handicapped workers rather than extreme tastes. Honest easy to drink beers. Worth to support. #Hedonis #Bee#Beerram #Beer #Birra #Bière #Bier #Øl #Öl #Cerveza #Cerveja #Instabeer #BEbrews #DeWilde #Tasting #Craft #CraftBeer #BeerPorn #BeerLover #BeerTaster

#Bee#Beering Name: Djan d'Nivèle blonde, Brasserie Jandrain-Jandrenouille (BE), 7%ABV. Context: after a whole day cleaning and writing stuff. Disclaim: nose is busy (allergic to dust) Aspect: blond, desaturation is frank, although fine bubbles are emerging. Translucent, a tiny bit hazy. Perfume: warmth of the alcohol comes lightly (has to be at 7ish ABV), honey comes, esters Mouth feel: low saturation. Thin body. Taste: low bitterness. We're on the grain, with a bit of bitterness that settle on the tongue as soon as the beer enters the mouth. Aromas: Aftertaste: bitterness is here to stay. Discreet, and the fine grain structure holds the whole beer together. Overall: a beer that's not to overwhelm one's palate, well made, easy and not challenging. Thank you Alex. #Beerstagram #Beer #Birra #Bière #Bier #Øl #Bitter #Hoppy #BEbrews #JandrainJandrenouille #Tasting #Craft #CraftBeer #BeerPorn

#Bee#Beering Name: ? (No label), De Zolder (BE) Context: after a day of work at home, a little helper is welcome. Aspect: opacity at 100%, no desaturation, little pearly under the very thin and flat head of creamed coffee colour foam. Thick – if not oily – at the pouring. I had to "pull" the beer out the bottle to create some foam. Disclaim: a bit cold. Perfume: definitely reminding of something sour while pouring, and confirmed while smelling within the glass. Balsamic notes. Hints of nuts, and coffee. Mouth feel: (that's a tough one). 0k: structurally speaking, the body of it is very light, almost watery. On the other hand it feels like a liquid marshmallow. Very thin saturation felt on the tongue. Taste: I got an acidic bite, on the edge of being vinegary. Bitterness takes control of the dancefloor very slowly. Aromas: domain of the empyreumatic, the sourness and the bitterness. Aftertaste: coffee and balsamic. Bitterness keeps the tongue awaken. Overall: the beast is fighting. I was expecting something acidic and infected by the nose, yet the beer shows a balance that holds between sourness (not that present, surprisingly) and bitterness. #Beer #Bière #Bier #Øl #Birra #Cerveza #DarkBeer #Coffee #Stout #SourBeer #Sours #Bitter #Bitterness #Hoppy #BEbrews #BelgianBeer #DeZolder #Tasting #Craft #CraftBeer #Beerstagram

#Bee#Beering Name: SimpleX, this is not a pils, Brasserie De Ranke (Wevelgem, BE), 4.5%ABV. Context: all after a long day, going on a treasure hunt. Disclaim: too cold to taste properly. Hot weather. Aspect: hazy blond, desaturation present, still feeding the head. White foam, thin bubbles, not very persistent. Perfume: as expected (too cold), not a lot of perfume. Grainy, far away. Hoppy a bit. Very discreet. Mouth feel: saturation is thin an a but aggressive. Thin body. Taste: De Ranke doesn't part from themselves here. You got bitterness, straight, although not as bitter as their flagship. Aromas: they're not using fancy hops over there. Grains are waking up, emerging of the bitter longlasting wave. Aftertaste: longlasting bitterness, with a Overall: I could make it my everyday beer. Bitter yet not excessively, light in alcohol and body, a care put into harmony, the De Ranke way of putting it. Thank you De Ranke, you make me wish I was thirsty again. #Beer #Bière #Bier #Øl #Bit#Bitter #Bitter #Hoppy #BEbrews #DeRanke #Tasting #Craft #CraftBeer

#Bee#Beering Name: Pels , Hoppy blond Ale, 5,2%ABV, Brasserie Jandrain-Jandrenouille (BE). Context: just got at half of today's tasks, I allow myself a little treat. A little too cold to make it official Aspect: hazy light, white foam. 10ish EBC. Desaturation present. Perfume: grain. Then flowery. Going towards all-flower honey. Mouth feel: light body, saturation gently tickling the tongue. Might stick a bit to the tongue. Taste: bitterness no doubt. Not very intense. Aromas: hoppy, although not intense. Aftertaste: bitter. Might find hints of fruits, well hidden. Overall: coupled with the light body, the fine bitterness makes a fine thirst-quencher of it. A beer for everyday, if you have high standards. #Bee#Bee#BeerTasting Name: Quadra, Brasserie du Plat Pays (Waremme, BE, brewed at Brasse & Vous), 6.4% ABV. Context: while studying neutrality in education. Aspect: very cloudy (can't see through. I poured it as carefully as needed, yet with particles in the glass). Cream-coloured foam. Perfume: no hops. Alcohol, grain. Mouth feel: very smooth. Neither thick nor thin body. Little desaturation. Warmth of the alcohol is present. Taste: a bit of acidity, sensation probably brought out by the alcohol. You can't say hops was their main focus. Aromas: I got a presence of marzipan there. If you look for it you might find some reminiscence of hops. I found notes of nuts playing at hide & seek on my tongue (they're very good at that game). Aftertaste: alcoholic warmth. Overall: far from being unpleasant, or not well made; definitely a fall or winter beer. For grain/comfort/easy-drinking lovers. I like the care they used to the making and the information of their label. #Beer #Bière #Ambrée #Grain #BEbrews #BrasserieDuPlatPays #Tasting #BeerTasting #Craft #CraftBeer

#Bee#BeerTasting Name: J, Brasserie De Zolder (BE) Context: After a teaching exam, before working on a tour in Italian. Synthwave for the music, and headache is my friend for the day. Disclaim: put it in the fridge ½ hour (it's like 27°C/80°F out there). Aspect: hazy, particles. Light. Light desaturation. Perfume: hoppy, getting to flowers. If the hops are aromatic, they're moving towards bittering ones. All-flower honey. No flaw, even completely warmed up. Mouth feel: saturation is present and pickling at first, tends to decrease dramatically. Light body. Almost watery, countered by a strong hoppy structure. Taste: straight bitterness, immediately present and overwhelming. Like a hop semi rimming your tongue. Aromas: biscuit, grain, then hops. Aftertaste: long, longlasting bitterness, almost numbing my tongue. Alcohol has to be below 5% ABV (no label, I suspect around 4%). Overall: it's the kind of beer you'd love as a hophead. The contrast between perfume and taste is interesting. Alessio proved himself again. Keep going man. #Beer #Hop#Hoppy #HopHead #Hoppy #BEbrews #DeZolder #Tasting #Craft #CraftBeer
