Catch her if you can // Congratulations to the fabulous costume designer Arianne Phillips on her remarkable operatic debut designing costumes and creating iconic, 50s inspired looks for the world premiere of Nico Muhly's Marnie which opened last night at the English National Opera. This is one of the most elegant and exquisite opera productions you ever get to see. Costumes are integral part of this disturbingly beautiful story. The opera is based on Winston Graham's novel Marnie and Alfred Hitchcock psychological thriller of the same name. The great fashion designers Viktor & Rolf were in the audience last night, and here they are together with Arianne Phillips after the premiere. There are just four performances left at the London Coliseum until 3 December. Run to see it! #ariannephillips#viktorandrolf#englishnationalopera#marnie#worldpremiere

@mrporterlive and film director Matthew Vaughn worked together to create a bespoke collection from @ariannephillips’ costume design for @Kingsmanmovie. The focus was on British heritage, with cloths sourced from traditional mills and hand-picked collaborations with classic brands. The Nirvana team were asked to produce a bespoke Kingsman retail bag for the pop up store from which the collection was sold.
