Do you stretch?
I don’t!! And it has been my downfall, too many injuries because I’m in too much of a rush to take 15 mins to stretch after a class, or I’ve got some time free but instead of attending a body balance class I’m watching something on Netflix 😂
Getting injured SUCKS, being in pain or not being able to coach or move to my best ability is frustrating to say the least... I can dance, I can lift but am I flexible...NOPE...but it’s something I can develop...so now I make time for my muscles ✨
