Head down, take a deep breath and keep workin! • • One thing I’ve learned in my short #crossfit journey is that you can never be satisfied..even as I have made progress from when I first started in February I still have so much I need to work on, I have so many weaknesses and a long way to go to become the athlete I want to be and know I can be in this sport. • • And to be honest, that’s not just crossfit.. that’s health and fitness in general. If you ever get to the point where your “satisfied” then that’s when you start taking steps backwards and before you know it you’ll be wondering why your not making progress. • • We can all relate.. as soon as we decide to start a new workout routine, a new diet, a new weight loss challenge.. etc we are super excited and driven in the beginning. We go hard, we are all about it! And then we start to see some progress and that’s the point where some of us start to take our foot off the gas. We lost that drive, and like I said, before you know it your back to square 1. • • So, if you want to be successful at this thing called fitness.. then you can’t be satisfied! You must stay driven and be just as excited in month 5 as you were in week one! So many people want to change trainers, or their workout, or their gym, or their diet cause it’s “not working anymore”.. I️ promise you.. most of the time the main thing that’s not working is you. It’s important to never be satisfied and expect more of yourself and do more.. because YOU CAN! Focus on being consistent and you’ll be amazed at the progress you’ll make! • • Stay hungry, stay focused.. don’t be satisfied and keep putting in the work! Trust me..
