We used 3 different Belgian yeasts, and hopped with Centennial, Chinook, & Crystal hops. Then double-dryhopped with 2 pounds of Citra per barrel. Tapping tonight.
We've gotta get this hung before tomorrow's
hauler parade thru downtown
And we'll be opening early for the parade too.
Don't freak-out none. Just for night, Aug. 10th. The rest of the weekend, bizness as normal.
