Its no secret that I experienced heartbreak last fall. Even though I was still hurting at the time, I was called to share my experience and I healed through that process. As someone who celebrates love in all forms, I realized the pain that heartbreak brings is what hurts the most, not the love you experience. Love is all we need so let’s share it when we can. #108daysofyoga DAY 14 Vinyasa @equinox 🙏🏽🤸🏽‍♀️🧘🏽‍♀️🕉💗📿✨ This challenge is kicking me in the asana. After 2 weeks of practicing yoga with classes led by my peers, my body is definitely sore but stronger. I’ve got a great appetite but I need to drink more water and sleep in more. Still, I must say how nice it has been to hold myself accountable and get on my mat every damn day. Even despite the never ending to do list and the responsibilities and obligations that come with being an adult, I prioritize my practice and I won’t let that commitment go. Usually a daily practice is the first to drop off my schedule but not today. I’ve recommitted to my breath, to my body and to a much more resilient version of me! If you want a dose of this strength, I’m here when you need me 😊 #denelleyoga

How do you #split your time? ⏱ Do you take the time to be still? Or do you rush from one activity to another? Do you walk around with your phone in hand? Or do you stop to lookup and gaze at the beauty of the world around you? Do you greet your barista, your coworker or your yoga teacher with eye contact & a smile? Or do you avoid any sort of sincere human connection? Even though I am certainly guilty of distraction at times, I try to check myself too. Because I know how important it is to show up fully and completely, for myself and for another. Remember that this moment is all we have. Be present. Be here now. The world needs YOU! 🙏🏽💙 #denelleyoga
